Meet the RENCON Management Team

Randy Koshak

Born in Fairbanks, Alaska! After college I spent 10 years in the corporate world.  I started out as a manager trainee and ended up in charge of operations in two states.

Preparation met opportunity and I started RENCON LLC in 2005 as an interior build-out general contractor.

I soon found that I liked the door side of the commercial business and shifted operations to be a door frame and hardware distributor.

It’s been fun ever since.  Married to Courtenay since May 1991!

We have three grown daughters.  I like sports cars, motorcycles, outdoor activities, and anything VA Tech.

Courtenay Koshak

CEO/CFO of RENCON Door & Glass.  A SWAM (Small, Women-Owned) company. My focus, from our humble start back in 2005, was to develop strong relationships with our customers. To give exceptional attention to all steps of a project, from the beginning contact to the last final punch list item.  We assure along the way to bring on the best people to support this vision!  From General, Office, and Division Managers; Estimators, Project Managers, Project Manager Assistants, Installers, Shop Managers, and Accounting Personnel.

Kali Koshak

I take great pride in my role as estimator & project manager for Rencon Door & Glass. I started here after my 16th birthday, graduating high school a year early to get a head start. In 2014, I started with estimating, eventually moving to project management in 2019. Today, I manage our nationwide partnerships and direct ship projects.

 

I love exploring the outdoors, taking road trips, and my 2 dogs – Daisy & Cheyanne.

Heather Daniel

I started at RENCON in November 2019 as a receptionist. I am currently the Office Manager/Administrator. As the Office Manager, I do a little bit of everything from helping answer phone calls, getting customers to the correct Project Manager, billing out all large jobs, and getting employees badged for base access.

If you have a problem that I do not have the answer to… I will get it. I came to work at RENCON after 10 years in Law Enforcement as a dispatcher. I am a Florida transplant who loves the beach and riding my Harley on my off time.

Sean Lynch

I have been in the door industry since 1995 and enjoy my free time riding my Harley Davidson.

Darryl Kramp

Divisional Manager since 2008 Walking barefoot on a cool dirt road was something I loved when I was a child in Alaska.

Hannah Hodges

I started working for RENCON Door & Glass in September 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable representative.

I moved to the Chesapeake area in July of 2021 after spending the last 6 years in central Virginia (Troy/Fluvanna County).

In my spare time, I like to travel, go to the beach, and spend time with my family, friends, and 2 dogs! I enjoy learning something new every day.

Paul Williams

Having over 20 years in the Commercial Door & Glass Industry, I have found a great collective TEAM here at RENCON Door & Glass. Our GOAL,  To provide continued excellent Customer Service and a Quality finished product to our valued clients and potential cliental.  Enjoy helping and finding solutions to our local businesses and the community.

In my spare time:    I enjoy being with my Son, Surfing, Mt Biking, Motorcycles, and Volunteer Coaching Youth Flag Football Leagues, running my dogs around, and staying Active in the Deaf Community, providing my gift of American Sign Language to support and advocate for the Deaf community.

Rob Jones

Started with RENCON in 2015 as a foreman and I am now currently a Project Manager for the Storefront Division.

In my spare time enjoy going to the range.

Benjamin Mosher

I started at RENCON in 2013 as a laborer and worked my way up to Division 8 project manager after more than a decade of firsthand experience with the products and services we provide. I am also a lifelong musician and has released albums in various genres, as well as a 3D modeling and computer programming enthusiast specializing in architectural visualization and design.

Christian Smith

I started at RENCON, March of 2023, learning the trade in the shop and in the field for about 6 months, becoming a Division 08 project manager, September of 2023. I have past experience in both electrical and HVAC work before coming to RENCON to embark on my architectural journey as a door man. I was also born and blessed with the gift of being a musician, which was my hobby and job from ages 14-26, performing 200+ shows a year from Florida up to Pennsylvania on the east coast up until the end of 2022. I now do music in my free time at home and serve as a worship team leader on Wednesdays and Sundays during church services. I enjoy anything to do with my family, sports and outdoors. I love hiking in the mountains, as well as, going to the beach. I was also a soccer player from ages 3-18 on advanced and premier travel teams in my early teen years up into JV and Varsity high school soccer. I enjoy my Job here at RENCON and having a role in managing and taking care of business. Let’s work together on knocking out those jobs you have needing Frames, Doors, Hardware and more!
