Meet the RENCON Management Team
Randy Koshak
Born in Fairbanks, Alaska! After college I spent 10 years in the corporate world. I started out as a manager trainee and ended up in charge of operations in two states.
Preparation met opportunity and I started RENCON LLC in 2005 as an interior build-out general contractor.
I soon found that I liked the door side of the commercial business and shifted operations to be a door frame and hardware distributor.
It’s been fun ever since. Married to Courtenay since May 1991!
We have three grown daughters. I like sports cars, motorcycles, outdoor activities, and anything VA Tech.
Courtenay Koshak
CEO/CFO of RENCON Door & Glass. A SWAM (Small, Women-Owned) company. My focus, from our humble start back in 2005, was to develop strong relationships with our customers. To give exceptional attention to all steps of a project, from the beginning contact to the last final punch list item. We assure along the way to bring on the best people to support this vision! From General, Office, and Division Managers; Estimators, Project Managers, Project Manager Assistants, Installers, Shop Managers, and Accounting Personnel.

Divisional Manager since 2008 Walking barefoot on a cool dirt road was something I loved when I was a child in Alaska.
Hannah Hodges
I started working for RENCON Door & Glass in September 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable representative.
I moved to the Chesapeake area in July of 2021 after spending the last 6 years in central Virginia (Troy/Fluvanna County).
In my spare time, I like to travel, go to the beach, and spend time with my family, friends, and 2 dogs! I enjoy learning something new every day.
Mandy Gillespie
I joined the RENCON family in 2024. I previously taught Economics/Personal Finance and History for VBCPS. I LOVED working with kids, but needed something with a better work/life balance. I love my role at RENCON as a Division 8 Project Manager, to me it’s like a puzzle and I enjoy the challenge of fitting all the pieces of a project together perfectly. Music is my biggest passion and if I am ever out of the office on a random Tuesday it is probably because I’m traveling to the next great concert!
Paul Williams
Having over 20 years in the Commercial Door & Glass Industry, I have found a great collective TEAM here at RENCON Door & Glass. Our GOAL, To provide continued excellent Customer Service and a Quality finished product to our valued clients and potential cliental. Enjoy helping and finding solutions to our local businesses and the community.
In my spare time: I enjoy being with my Son, Surfing, Mt Biking, Motorcycles, and Volunteer Coaching Youth Flag Football Leagues, running my dogs around, and staying Active in the Deaf Community, providing my gift of American Sign Language to support and advocate for the Deaf community.
Rob Jones
Started with RENCON in 2015 as a foreman and I am now currently a Project Manager for the Storefront Division.
In my spare time enjoy going to the range.
